My MID display wasnt complete from day one of the purchase of my used 2003 530i. At the time of purchase I contacted BMW USA they would not stand by there product. I was told that I would have to purchase a new unit. I went on driving not being happy with the missing pixels. I found your company on line and now I have become a satisfied customer. Fast and timely service was excellent. I put it in the mail on Monday it was returned and in complete working oder by the following Saturday. That's a 6 day turn around from Pa to Ca and back. GREAT!

Super fast service!! My led display was pretty much gone. Sent it off to BAVTEK, it was repaired and returned within a week!! Radio works like new!! Great customer service!

2001 530i Found BavTek and after reading the reviews I decided to do it. Definitely the RIGHT choice! Fast turnaround and Tomas sent back my unit wrapped up better than I sent it. The pixels look 100% and I can finally read my MID. I can't think of any reason not to go with BavTek.

I bought my 2003 530i over two years ago with the MID display with about 25% pixels lighting up. I researched hard on how to fix this and came up with DIY jobs that had low success rates unless you have the right tools. Found bavtekinc recently and saw the great reviews and gave it a try. Sent my MID in on Friday and got it back the next Friday. Service was one day, or less.... and shipping was the rest of the week. Great service, turnaround, and quality. I love seeing all the words and numbers showing up properly on my MID!!! Worth paying this reasonable price! Thank you.

2002 BMW 530i - The sales process and turn-around couldn't have been better on this transaction. I shipped my unit from Illinois and received it back within 1 week! So far, it works flawlessly!

2003 530I. I've been without my MID pixels for years. I had been told that it would cost many hundreds of dollars to fix. Well, guess what, thanks to the internet I was able to find BavTek and a uoutube video that showed how easy it was for a DIYer. It took 30 seconds to remove the MID with a $2.50 T10 star drive, found at Home Depot, and a very small/thin screw driver. Mailed the unit in, got it back, and 30 seconds later it was installed. I now have my pixels back at 100%. Thanks, BavTek.
