MID unit is in 1997 BMW 528i ( 19 years old ) so it had lost Pixels and rear bulbs were burned out. It was always a guessing game knowing what stations we were listening to, or finding a different station. I finally got fed up with the guessing game and decided to take a chance on Bav Tek. Although it was a bit pricey I am so glad I did. As the old saying goes "you get what you pay for" . MID unit is like new again. I can't even believe how clear it is !! Repair was fast and unit is back in car working like it did when car was brand new. Would absolutely recommend. Thanks !!

It took less than a full week to have my radio back my Vehicle after sending it in to have it repaired.everything that was promised was done! I was extremely satisfied, and am glad to recommend this business.

Tomas and Bavtek really impressed. Despite snafu with USPost, turned around my MID same day and received back in Canada in record time. Communicative throughout the transaction. MID is in perfect working order as well. Highly recommend Bavtek. Will use again for my instrument cluster.

Couldn't ask for a better job. The MID and instrument panel repair turned out perfect. It's been several months and a couple thousand miles and all is well. Had the gauge rings installed and the needles tinted and they look excellent!

This repair exceeded all expectations. The dealer quoted $900 to replace the unit. A replacement on eBay was $500. BavTek was the perfect solution. Turnaround was in one day and from the time I shipped to when I returned the repaired unit to the car was less than a week. BavTek's communication was strong. Highly recommend.

e39 530i, aka "my baby". I asked a mechanic "what can I do about dead pixels?" He said "don't send it to those repair guys, it won't work". "$1,500 for a new one". I searched Bavtek out. Get this: for $150, I got my radio back with PERFECT pixels, incl. shipping, with a lifetime warranty. Happy!
