I had a few pixels missing in just the wrong places making it difficult to read. No more! Everything works perfectly now. A lot brighter than before and totally pixel perfect. Awesome repair service done right.

I bought the service, sent the display off and received it a within a week (I live in NC so excellent turnaround from Cali). It is working like a champ! I wish I had done it two years ago. Thank you BavTek for a great service!!!

The entire process worked as advertised! Shipped FEDEX Overnight and I had the unit back in-hand less than 48 hours later. Repairs were perfect returning the unit to 100 percent functionality. Return shipping container protected the unit from damage. 100% Satisfied!

Very satisfied with the service, works like new.
Prompt quick and professional.
Highly recommended. Sent my unit on Thursday, got it back the following Thursday. Considering the fact that i live on the east coast.

I had lived with no pixels on my radio for years now and did not feel like giving my dealership any more money. I bought my X5 new in 2004 and have no issues other then this. But now I have a new 2017 X6 and passed my X5 on the one of my sons so I wanted everything working. I sent the MID to BavTek on a Saturday and they returned it to me the next Tuesday, and its like new. The best $99 bucks I have ever paid for any part on the X%

I attempted the MID ribbon repair myself, and I not only made the display worse, but I also damaged the volume control during reassembly. I couldn't believe that BavTek would repair my mistakes, and make the MID like new again! I can't recommend this service highly enough, and I will soon be sending my gauge cluster in for pixel repair service! Thank you BavTek!!

Best price I found for this. I've had the car for 6 years and just never got around to getting it fixed. I looked into doing it myself but with all the potential problems with that I decided to have a well reviewed company do it. Excellent turn around time and I'm finally happy to see my pixels!
