    Easy as pie. Sent it out my MID Tuesday afternoon, had it back Monday. Not only was the display fixed, but they cleaned up the unit to like-new condition.

    These are devilishly tough to repair ask me how I know! I failed on my attempt but likely due to a bad replacement flex interconnect (from China). BAVTEK fixed it perfectly and pronto!

    I love my 2002 530i (E39). Increasingly over the past 12 years, “dead pixels” on the radio display have made it impossible to see any radio or computer information. Replacing the radio was as expensive as the Blue Book value of the car. Then I found BavTek. Easy removal of the unit, shipped Saturday from East Coast. Returned the next Saturday LIKE NEW. Perfect pixels, the unit was even cleaned to NEW appearance. I could not be happier!

3. Upon its arrival it will be disassembled, cleaned and repaired. Please allow 1 Day repair time. 
4. It will be shipped back to your requested address.
