Quality, Service, and Professionalism all describe the experience I have had with BavTek. Even before placing the order I was provided with outstanding communication and understanding. The part was repaired in (1) day and returned to my door (48) hours later. The screen has an appearance and functionality of a new part. I’m extremely satisfied with the purchase. I have wanted to get the MID repaired for years. I tried the self repair ribbon kit and that was a fail.
This service is beyond good. Display is like factory new. I had it back in Virginia and reinstalled 8 days from when I shipped it out. Wish I’d done it sooner. -

Very quick turnaround Iowa to Cali and back, one week total. Display looks like brand new, wish I had done it earlier...my display was nearly unreadable prior.

I just received and installed my MID. I was stunned by its appearance and functionality. The display.is crisp and clear. Each function is highly visible. I am now able to scroll through the various functions, make adjustments and settings with ease. Previously, as the pixels began to die and disappear, I was unable to program AM and FM stations or set any of the other functions of the MID, such as the speed limit setting. The refurbishment of my MID makes driving my old X5 much more enjoyable. The cost of the refurbishment and the rapid turn around time made the experience all that much better. Thanks to the superb work of Tomas and Bavtek my MID looks and works like it did in 2003!

I could have done this repair myself but I'm not the PRO and my warranty is shaky. It's well worth the money for a good repair and quick service. It's just like new. Bright and clear. Better than ever.
5 stars as long as the repair lasts a long time. -

Quick turn around and my MID unit looks brand new. Much brighter than before and all the pixels are there.

So, I had both the instrument cluster and the radio pixel repair done. I live on the east coast, I mailed it on a Wednesday, it was returned to me the following Wednesday. works and looks great! I was also missing one of my buttons on the radio, they replaced it! I wish I had it done years ago.

Very responsive service. All questions were answered promptly, accurately and (most importantly!!!!) honestly. Tomas is squared away and professional in every way. My E 39 MID looks great! I even imagine the car's engine runs smother (joke!). Great job, great price, great !!!!
