    Really nice to have the volume knob fixed finally! I had a little issue (of my own making) when ordering and BavTek worked it out seamlessly and quickly.

    Volume switch on my BMW radio was broken. BavTek did great work, good price, and very fast one day turnaround. It doesn't get any better.

    After watching the youtube video on replacing the on/off knob, decided I really didn't want to mess with so many small screws. I removed the radio (two trim pieces and two screws) and simply shipped it to BavTek. Just as promised, they repaired the unit and shipped it back to me. Other than USPS being slow, the unit was repaired and shipped back to me 24 hours after the received it. Unless you want to mess with disassembling the radio, I would recommend this process!

    This was an incredibly straightforward and positive experience. After watching the online repair video, I decided that I didn't want to attempt the repair myself. Thus, I shipped my radio to Tomas at BavTek as suggested. The speed and quality of service were truly exemplary, and Tomas included a necessary repair to the knob itself, which was above and beyond the described service. Awesome and thanks!

    Hardest part was getting dash trim piece off but utube helped. If I had to do it again I might try replacing the part myself to save the shipping charges, but it was nice knowing the job would be done correctly
